This is based as per my 2nd experience with Manzil Motors.
I come from an experience and ownership of Kawasaki Z900 and Ducati Multistrada,
To start with, all they are concerned about is to grab the money via taking the bookings with misleading and wrong commitments to crate that typical old fashioned hook. Manzil Motors was behind my happiness from late night texting till not even available at the operational hours to show the bike, test ride etc etc, to somehow just garner the booking amount of 10000₹, post which from the values till the correspondence, everything changed.
I was promised the delivery of the #Himalayan 450, Hanle & Black, to be delivered on 4th Mar, I was asked to pay the money with the promise that the bike will be 100% guaranteed to be delivered on that day, based as per that I planned my trip on 6th and paid for the hotel bookings with a group of 10+ riders who already have #bmw #ducati #kawasaki.
After my rigorous followups daily soon close to the date I am advised to go for a substitute/option (which I am now realising is the scam/scheme they have to over charge/do frauds) 2023 manufactured model instead of 2024 which can be arranged and a discount of 17000₹ since it's a year old manufacturing as for 2024 manufacturing they are sorry for committing and only God knows why they were in a hurry to book if the delivery or stock inventory was not with them, this is for sure they are exercising with everyone. Not to miss, now their ASM and Team has inventory for a 2023 make bike in warehouse but they didn't had inventory when I was booking the bike in Feb 2024.
Somehow I agreed seeing the dent for my trip and my hotel bookings, I gave the approval for 2023 make.
Everything till now looks manageable, Now on the delivery date, 5th Mar not 4th Mar, Just before I start from my house to receive the delivery, I am being informed with the very rude tone that there is no discount for buying a 2023 make in 2024 March as I haven't done the bookings before 31st Dec 2023. Sheer fraud I would say, seeing that they know that there is enough demand and selling the bike with an overpriced amount is the new way. For any and every question, they are giving a straight answer now that it's from the backend Sir, what can we say, we cannot do anything, seeing my urgency for the trip and hotel bookings which I have shared with them, all they want me is to pay 17000₹ extra or I call it bribe to get the bike or leave it. If this is the way Royal Enfield's standards have gone low, then surely why all the blogs of pushing Hanle & Black, limited supplies/manufacturing is making sense to me now. Fake promises at the point of booking/enquiry, zero empathy, no customer relationship/ understanding, Once you do the bookings, either it's Manzil Motors Way or Highway is what they mean.

Never ever would I recommend a Royal Enfield/Manzil Motors.
