I bought Maharaja Whiteline food processor a year back in pune. Lot of issues with this food processor. Maybe just mine, but thought I'll let others know
It is very loud. You can hear it running a few blocks away
The blades loose their edge very soon. We just couldn't get to grind our curries into a fine paste.
Takes a long time to grind. Probably tied to the blade quality
4. The motor gave way just a few months after purchase. The technician who came to fix said it is very common problem.
- The rubber band holding the neck of top becomes loose very soon. You end up spraying stuff all over the counter.
6. Attaching the cups is very difficult. You really need to press with both your hands. Ladies in my house were finding it very tough.
- The customer service is ok. We got the mixer fixed in a week's time
We replaced ours with Philips and its lying packed in the store room. I'll review the Philips later, but its way lot better compared to the Maharaja.
