I had applied for piped gas connection at my residence. My building is already gassified and most of the themembers of our housing society have the piped gas connection.
My application date is 10/07/2017. Full payment was made as per prerequisite condition of application.
Application number is WG/O/36270/2017
I was waited for the response from mahanagar gas after the payment but didn't get a single call.
Today I called customer care to check if they got my payment or not, the customer lady said if you have done with payment and online registration then some number will genarte after 10 to 15 days then they will call me and will get connection install within 90 working days it means almost 3 month.
MGL need 3 to 4 months to just install the pipe connection? What type service is this? Today's world will get everything is in seconds even if we order something online it will deliver next day nad MGL want 4 months? How ridiculous is this. Better than that will keep use cylinders. good for nothing.
I am very surprised since-since two years government is requesting people to forgot the subsidy on lpg cylinders and here the alternative suppliers are not taking any adequate measures.
