Took a premium / paid listing during 1st week of March 2024.
Magic Brincks shared about 50+ names and asked me to approve / deny. As the flat is suitable for bachelors, I minutely perused profile of tenants if available and denied all who seek for family. When I called others, all are bogus / not looking for any flat for stay. Now magic bricks team is saying, I have exhausted my quota for the plan that I have taken and I need to pay again if I continued to receive their "good for nothing" leads. Though my plan is available till June 2024. Public are advised to note this before taking any premium / paid listing from them
