Recently I ordered hand video game Macca PSP VITA 4 GB with 10000 inbuilt games from Flipkart for my nephew. As I trust Flipkart I don’t need to research more about the product and Flipkart delivers genuine products and it has genuine sellers too. But this time I am disappointed with the product.
My nephew is 8 years kid and he wished me for a hand video game console. I checked all over and found that PSP games of Sony are now shut down and they produce high definition games PS4 which starts from 20k. As my budget was not so high I searched for low price gadget and found one product with good reviews and the product name is Macca PSP VITA 4 GB with 10000
Describing the product in short. The game console comes with 4 GB internal ram and has inbuilt 10000 games. As we can understand those games are repeated but kids enjoy seeing the long listing. Also, this device has 32bit portable gaming console with nice color combinations. I was excited to see such awesome features only for 2154/-.
I ordered this product on April 9th and within 14th April I received this product. As soon as I unboxed the package I found that product brand was different, the games included in it was only 8 games. I felt very bad and I called customer care of Flipkart and narrated the entire story. Customer care person assured me that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused to me and they will arrange a pickup and delivered the exact ordered product.
They arranged the pickup and I received other product on 20th April. As I was out of my office my friend collected the product and informed me. I reached office and collected the product. On unboxing again the same thing. This time the product delivered was worst then before. It appeared like the product was used and had battery malfunction issues. This time I was very angry on the service so I opened the Flipkart application and requested for a refund and for pick up the faulty product. Well, Flipkart accepted my request and processed for Refund. Here the sad thing is that my nephew was very disappointed as I had promised him to give the genuine product and each time I received the different product. I would like to suggest Flipkart authorities that please assure your sellers to check properly before delivering the product as such incidents will make Flipkart reputations down day by day.
