I have booked flat in may 2012 but till date they have not given possession and they never respond to your phone call. Already paid 90% to them. One should not invest there hard earned money in any of there project as they do not bother about the customers. They are big cheaters.. even the quality of construction is very very poor . There is no maintenance In phase 1 of society. Completely regretting.
