Mohd. Azharuddin - a name loved by each and every Indian is receiving an opposite reponse. This maily due to the anti-national attitudes shown by him ( such as fixing a match against Pakistan ) in his later part of his Career. Nobody can deny his talent or commitment shown by him in his earlier part of his career.
I think he start to falter when he diverted his life. He divorced his wife , married Sangheetha and changed his life style which in turn lead him towards the need for money and stareted things like match fixing.
To add salt to the wound he has gone to the extend by stating to say that he is being defamed because he is from a minority religion. Thus he tried to fish in troubled waters.
Today he is not a man with good charactor. I feel shame about myself for not attending college and office to watch his batting in the past. This man to be treated as a criminal and punished to the maximum with all other culprits.
