Disappointed, my first & last consultation. Review on Lunarastro

1. I would like to thank the astrologer who contacted for being polite and patient. However, I felt his interpretation lacked experience/expertise as I would expect from someone working for Lunar Astro under the guidance of Deepanshu Giri Sir. He tried to explain the very basics to me in the beginning which was not necessary as I had already mentioned that I was trying to learn astrology and I was watching Deepanshu Sir's lectures got the past few months. However, he did give me some extra time which made up for the time lost in the beginning.

2. I am not satisfied with his interpretation/story especially of my previous life to prove his point. Rather it would have been sufficient just to say that a particular planet was afflicted because of certain conjunction in my chart especially when he was not able to interpret or predict someone the major and important events of my present life even after providing him with several prompts and the timeframe. Second, he was prompting me to give him information that he could have interpreted from my chart by saying that I am not communicating.

3. Mostly I felt everything in my chart he interpreted was negative. Not sure why he wasn't able to see anything positive. Especially his story regarding my previous life actually disturbed my mind afterwards for a while.

4. The customer service at LA refused to provide me with my own chart and horoscope in PDF form when there is no mention of it beforehand that it would not be provided to me. Obviously, one would expect at least a PDF version of one's own chart after paying a huge amount for the consultation. I would like to forbid Lunar Astro or anyone associated with them to use my personal data and information in anyway without my prior consent. In summary, I would say that I am disappointed because I expected them to do better than just a normal interpretation that even normal astrologer could do. I expected their level to be a bit higher especially if they are learning from Deepanshu Sir. I am not sure if my chart was even studied in depth before consultation as mentioned at Lunar Astro website.

5. Lunar Astro did give me another interview with another astrologer from their team who was equally nice and patient but I had trouble understanding him because he spoke too fast and I had a little trouble understanding his accent. His interpretation and remedies were entirely different from the first consultation I was given. So now I don't know what to make out of it. Also, I did tell him I am not in India right now, and most of the remedies given are difficult for me to be able to carry out except for one or two. I have realized that none of the astrologers in their team are going to be up to Deepanshu Sir's caliber so I have accepted that no matter how many consultations I got from them, it's not going to come up to expectations. So I am not going to waste my time and money anymore to get more consultations. But thank you for your effort and I do appreciate your time and hard work and trying to go into some depth of my chart. It did help me to some extent how to see my chart, but as far as interpretation, that's not going be up to my expectations as they are still learning and they are not Deepanshu Sir or another astrologer of his caliber. So I don't think they should charge as much for the consultation.

6. However, I do appreciate the fact that they did keep their word and gave me another chance. I have nothing against both the astrologers. I hope they can get more experience and grow to be much better astrologer in terms of interpretations and remedies rather than doing it only on intellectual level.
