Gravity Power Solutions. I am writing this review after waiting for more than 40 days for the service team to respond to my problem. I bought a luminous inverter 2KVA from Gravity Power solutions on the 22nd of February, 2020.
Along with Inverter and Two Tabular Batteries, I was informed that they would be doing the wiring for the new inverter wherein I shall be charged only for the consumables.
Now the problems.
Within the next two days, the inverter could not pick the charge and could not support the power cut. I complained but I was told that it is a new inverter, it needs to be fully charged. I waited for the next three days. Nothing happened, the inverter batteries remained discharged.
After consecutive follow-ups and regular reminders including a threat that I will write online about your service, one person was sent to see the problem. This gentleman came, checked the problem, and said it is fixed without even testing it by snapping the main power supply.
The next day the same problem started and nothing was rectified at all. Weeks went by with follows ups, calls, reminders, and FAKE promises and commitments.
And finally, a day came when he actually sent somebody to see the problem. This guy so-called engineer from some IIT I think detected the problem and said the NEW Inverter has to be given to the Luminous service center to be fixed since there is some internal mistake with the UPS itself.
So instead of replacing it, he tells me that it is not his fault, and the inverter shall be replaced within the next two days. Remember, it's been more than 3 weeks already since I bought it.
And finally, after repeated calls, follow-ups, reminders, messages, WhatsApp and whatnot, the UPS is neither fixed nor replaced nor returned to me. They started ignoring calls, messages remained unanswered, and then after one week, the lockdown started and I went without inverter for the next one month, till today.
I followed up and I was promised that the inverter will be provided from the service center immediately after the lockdown. But I am still waiting for it and they are yet to deliver the old, repaired UPS for which I paid the full money.
I don't know how long with this wait continues, but till I wait, I will ensure that I continue to expose this vendor so that no one suffers because of him.
With regard to wiring, they took Rs. 1860 for wiring and did not even put one switch or a board in it and rather broke the entire board and left it like that.
