Quality Service. Review on Lufthansa

In the month of Feb, I got the chance to visit Florida, US.This was my first abroad visit so I was quite excited. My Journey started from Mumbai and the destination was Jacksonville, Florida.As par the plan I had to travel through ‘Lufthansa’ Airlines.

Lufthansa is one of the major operator in USA,France and Germany.

Things Which I like about the Airlines:

Hospitality: Well Mannered Crew Members. Perfect Assistance regarding your ‘checkin’ process and information about the flight timing, Luggage Weight.Once you get the boarding passes then Crew Member will guide you till your seat. All the available ‘Crew Member’ inside the flight will greet you along with their smile. Very helpful and cooperative nature.

Food and Beverages: Quality Food Items with all kind of drinks. Properly cooked and fresh food items. They serve the food items according to the religion and passenger’s choice.

Ex: While booking the ticket you can place food request according to your religion like ‘Hindu Meal’,’Jain Meal’.

Comfort:Nice Wide Push Back Seat with Proper Leg Space Area .Anyone can seat for long hours without any problem.

Entertainment : Too many Options for the passengers. NewsPaper in various languages, mostly in English, French.Another option is Movies,News,Documentry available on inbuilt TV Set.

Tariff: In comparison to ‘British Airways’,’Qatar Airlines’,I found ‘Luftansa’ little bit cheaper and better.

They have multiple counters ,so its easy to every body while doing the checkin process.

Thing Which I hate about the Airlines:

They don’t have better connecting flight for small sectors. Connecting Flights are very small and its look like a charter plane.

Apart from this it is a perfect flight for travelling.

Well this was my first trip and first international flight ,so I shared my views on the basis of my experience. May be there will be another better flight than this but for me ‘Lufthansa’ was awesome experience.
