Hey, are just playing around with words. Trying to take all advantages of lockdown and fooling around with us
The technician came today at 7 AM... from day one I had put a complain that my compressor is not getting ON .. but my indoor was working fine... Multiple follow up calls were happening on the request and I had reported the same issue to them everytime.. today when he came he inspected.. he couldn't diagnose the issue and had no knowledge about ACs looks like had works as a helper to main technicians but thought of making money during the lockdown by taking advantage of the situation... for 1.5 hrs he was just jumping up and down the stairs doing nothing ... and kept asking for remote.. which we told moment he entered that remote isn't there.. then he got an idea to make the compressor direct n see.. he asked us for some sites which we didnt have at home.. then he arranged from his bag and started trying on different combinations randomly.. place in red.. place in black.. place green.. etc... suddenly the indoor unit got switched off.. immediately after it went off..he pulledoffall thewires srated packing up his stuff n said we will see after lockdown ... when we were about to switch on the indoor n see he started raising alarms dont do that it will shot.. ur compressor is already shot bcoz of your mistakes n blah.. blah.. n didn't allow us to even ON it n see.. then coming to the charge.. the rare card on site shows general repair charges to be 400. He started explaining to us that I have come from Rajajinagar to Electronic city so it should be 1200.. then starting arguing n we gave him 1000 n asked him to stop creating a scene..
I called up customer support to report the experience.. at first they told me that I should have called them before paying but then after 20 mins got a call from them saying technician will refund 500. I said fine n asked them about the other part of bringing my appliance a complete non-working condition.. she said will report the same to my seniors mam... I agreed..
Then after 0.5 hours got a call from another lady claiming -
"Mam our technician says that he has just done a general service as requested by you. "
Then I asked them that do u think m a fool asking for general service during a lockdown.. also I had requested for general service in AC repairs since I could not create a request with such options as in outdoor unit not working...
They are just trying to play with the words and fooling us around..
Really cheated by them and they aren't listening to the customer just trying to fool us by cooking up different stories.. since they already know from their so-called illiterate technician that he has done the damage to the product they are trying to cover up things by blaming things on customers itself..
On top of that the technician was interested in giving us feedback for my other ACs which don't have a problem n was trying to convince us that has an issue..was just trying to make money somehow...
That have asked time till tomorrow post which I shall be getting them booked on public grievance portal under following sections -
1.frauding and fooling customers
2.Cheating customers
3.Though legally not allowed but still asking for more than double the charges by taking advantage of lockdown
Surprisingly this the only company till now I saw who doesn't have a system of giving a reference number to the complains since they don't have an option to register a complain as explained by customer care. Only we should call that's it
