Todays 10:33 local for CST is cancelled. Review on Local Trains

The mumbai local trains covers more then 15 lakhs of people daily, but when it comes to providing better service they are far behind though its one the profit making services of the government.

Negative points:

1. There are always long queues at tickets counter to fet tickets. Never I have seen all the tickets window working suppose there are 5 tickets counter 3 will be shut down and only 2 will be open resulting in longer Qs.

   
   




2. Never the trains will be on their correct time.( we have become habitual to it now)

   
   




3. The security (policemen) during late hours. Everyone now then we hear of cases like Ashar Bala.

   
   




4. At CST there are no facilties of proper announcement regarding the destination and departure timing of trains.

   
   




5. And now the most famous one liner which only our local train can boost of ''Platform no ek ke gaadi platform no teen per aa rahi hain''so many times people have to face this sought of problem of changing platforms.

   
   

I hope somehow they improve their services or they should hand it to some private companies if they are not able to improve the quality.
