Their escalation handling is so poor that I wonder why do they even have escalation settings I don’t understand. 0 empathy towards customers. I had to shift to an apartment while renovation went on. Imagine the delays causing me to bear additional expenses.
These folks have 0 responsibilities. They will promise everything as next week, next day while doing nothing. As project executioners you expect them to take care of things but everyday you need to visit the site and keep highlighting what is wrong. I don’t know if customer has to follow up on things then why should these guys be paid such exorbitant price.
One of the worst experience I have gone through. Project started in February 2023 promising to finish things in July 2023. It’s almost December and there are still things pending.
We were planning to celebrate Dussehra and Diwali in renovated home but perhaps we can next year if we continue at this pace.
The custom work done is extremely pathetic. Even their regular work done is so bad that they don’t even understand common alignment needed on fixtures.
During the civil work they damaged all the furniture. Again look at the pics. It was promised that things will be covered and taken care of.
There is 0 communication between design and execution team.
If at all you have no choice but Livspace to work with make sure you move all your furniture out because they will not care about how much you may have spent on it. Moving is better because not only the furniture was damaged but also few of the furniture went missing like wooden chairs, bed and stand.
I doubt if these people have any professional certifications to execute projects. The wall is full of pores and uneven finishing. You may get fooled by the finishing seen in their experience center but the finishing done on your projects may hardly match it. They will then give 100’s of excuses why they can’t provide a professional quality finish.
Please do not pay 100% before delivery or installation. Once the money is paid you are at their mercy for quality and execution time.
Their project managers are for name sake. No follow ups, site vists and inspections for quality assurance. Local carpenters and painters will do better job and at better price.
They finish the job for sake of it. The paint is all over the place, no proper cleaning or maintenance. The deep cleaning they talk about is joke. Sweeping and mopping is what they call as deep cleaning post handover.
Electrical switches they installed are of low quality. The work done has no professional look and feel.
