I am using Livpure RO water purifier and suggest everyone not to take this and better go for any local brand than this.
First about the product-
1- Take 2+ hr to fill 6 litre which is huge time.
2- More water wastage like 2 big bucket to fill 6 litre.
3- water quality is ok not good.
3- Looks not attractive just like a local brand.
4- Price was 9000 for biocare model.
About service-
1- Poorest service you could ever find for any product in world.
2- They say that engineer will visit within 24 hr but it never happens and you have to call multiple times to customercare for engineer visit.
3- For AMC of filters they ask for 2500 approx and for full RO AMC they asks for 4000(50% of RO cost) for one year.
4- Engineers are local not trained one and after their service you will find RO again giving problem within a month and same process again.
Recent Experience-

My livpure RO filter was expired so I called customer care and it took a week for engineer visit. When he come, he said that all filter and escalant is needs to be changed so he suggested to take AMC of 4000 which covers all RO parts and it was really hard for me to pay this amount but we settled in 3500 AMC charges for that. Later while changing parts he did not change escalant only normal filters and carbon filter was changed and for that the real charge of AMC was 2300. This kind of cheating happens in Livpure. Later after 1 day of service RO started leaking and again I called engineer and he fixed and again after 1 day same problem and again he came and again engineer visit. And now facing new problem that water wastage is too much.

This is worst company atleast for RO. Never ever go for this.
Worst service worst product, cheating.
People are highly unprofessional, cheaters and untrained.
It's up to you if you want to waste your money on this product or not
