It works just amazingly for bad breath and for any gum problems. But I can't see any huge differences on cleansing of teeth. The main magic ingredient used for this mouthwash is Eucalypton 0.092% which works exceptionally great to remove stinky oral smell. I personally use listerine cool mint mouthwash. The use of this product is pretty easy. Just 30 seconds of rising twice daily, rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml of listerine preferably on morning and night. After using it I feel refreshed, energetic and confident to speak to someone. Few days back I was having gum problem so for the first time I started using this mouthwash along with few other medications given by my dentist and trust me friend my gum has stopped bleeding. It's a great product for bad breath and gum problems but I haven't find any significant changes on cleansing effect of my teeth.
