Limras service started working after 34 days. Review on Limras Eronet Broadband

I stay in David Nagar, New Perungalathur in Chennai. I have been using Limras service for the last two months. For the first month, the service was satisfactory. It used to be down only for 3-4 hours every day. But, on Aug 2, 2017 the service went down. They did not restore the service for 34 days. I have contacted 25 times to their customer care. To get my call to be answered, I have to try for one hour( minimum) . Every time they say that, they will restore within 2 days. The customer service lady gives the same reply. Sir, I will send the technician today sir. But, no one came to fix the service. They are 0 in Service and Support. The connection is also bit unreliable. I have never seen such a worst service provider. I am giving one rating because, there is no rating below that. They are actually fit for a minus rating. When the service was working, the speed was good. Select Limras service, only if there is no other service available.
