I want to tell u my experience from this online shopping website. I bought two shirts from this site. But I didn't like its website and services.
The shirt which I saw in the website was too good colour attractive designs. But I got the shirt which is difference size without any designs. I got shocked by seeing the shirts.
I searched their customer care number and called them. But they didn't attend my call. Last I mailed them my complaint about this order. They replied me after 2 weeks only. And they told to return the item. For that rs. 500 was the expense. And to get my order again I waited for one more month. For returning the item they didn't give any cash back or payment.
My friends also faced the same problem and struggled alot to get the original product. The website is too slow and unreliable. There are alot of bugs. The products that they are categorized wrongly and very costly. Some times there should be some deals, but they are not worth. For the first users it should be very difficult to understand the procedure for ordering the items. It is not user friendly and time wasting website.
I can't trust this website anymore and stopped shopping from this website. They are cheating customers by sending wrong products and not giving any reimbursement for their mistakes. Overall I am not satisfied and won't recommend for my friends who wants to do shopping from this site.
