This stem cell preservation company is using deceptive and unfair practices to extract money from its customers. They impose exorbitant late fees even if the payment is delayed by just a day. Worse, they fail to provide any prior reminder before the due date. Once it's missed, they flood you with calls, demanding not only the annual fee of 3900 but also a staggering 5 500 as "suspension charges."
Rather than offering a fair resolution, they aggressively push overpriced lifetime packages, ranging from 40, 000 to 50, 000, as a way to avoid paying the fine. This approach feels like nothing short of harassment.
We have been subjected to repeated calls and coercion by company representatives, forcing us to pay these unjust fines. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and we urge consumer protection forums to take action against this malpractice. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their methods seem designed to exploit and harass their customers for financial gain
