I had been very regular with Licious for all my meat and chicken needs! However, on my last order, they did something which has prompted me to not order at all with them. Initially, all orders were sent on time, the quality was good and most orders were prepaid but especially during pandemic times you wish to receive your supplies so you can prepare your meals on time as we do not have any help during this COVID situation.


This time when I ordered I was shocked at their delivery pattern. Their stocks are usually available around 10 30 pm so I placed my order at night and the following day I was supposed to receive it in the morning between 10-1 pm. I kept waiting the next day in the hope of receiving but to my surprise it kept showing it will deliver soon.


I called on the help desk and they apologised for the same and assured me that it would be delivered by 4 pm. I called the delivery guy too but he told me he will check up and let me know. I waited till 6 pm and called again to which I was told it will be delivered for sure. The guy has a lot of deliveries so he is somewhere around only. On the app, it was showing delivered don't know-how. I also inquired with the security staff and my help but none of them had received any box. Finally, after endless calls and an email to them around 10 pm in the night, I was told after several apologies that I would receive it tomorrow morning.


I never received it the next morning too. So basically it had been 48 hours to my delivery. I had placed an order for 1000 gms of chicken thigh boneless and they finally sent me around 1 pm in the afternoon (curry cut 250 gms). Yes, you read it right compensation for something which was more in quantity, type and cost. I had also prepaid the amount as Licious was not accepting COD. I was so disappointed looking at the delivery and I have decided to not continue any further.


Attaching a mail copy for your ref. My husband's account was used to drop a mail to them. Wish I could click a pic of the curry cut too along with the specified quantity but I disposed of it. Please team Licious do quality work and not cheat on your customers especially during such pandemic times. This was not expected from you.
