Luscious delivered stale chicken. Review on Licious

I ordered 4 packets of 500 g chicken from Licious and when I opened one of the packets to my surprise it was foul smelling . I haven't yet opened the other packets as I am not sure if they will be worth consuming.

There is another instance, when I had ordered chicken from them, they werent able to deliver it(just a short rainfall which lasted not more than 15 minutes). They made excuse that due to bad weather the delivery will get delayed, They made me wait the whole night for almost 5 hours but chicken never got delivered. This hasn't happened once but many times that I had ordered meat from LICIOUS and it hasn't been delivered to me on time. They claim that they would deliver meat in 90 minutes, but actually they don't. Licious will make you wait till eternity and by that time you will lose your appetite and nothing will look deLICIOUS to you anymore and whatever happiness they say they were trying to deliver at your doorstep will only bring sadness to you.
