I am not a person who believes in writing negative reviews but at times it is needed.
The quality of Licious products is wonderful I am not denying it. But we are not accepting charity and we are not taking anything for free we are anyways paying a bomb. we are paying for what you are giving and providing. Yet we have to pick up the delivery agent's calls to tell them exactly what is written in the address. We have to feed our address with a spoon in their mouth. There are three landmarks given in the address.
My building is very famous because it has a famous landmark also yet they can't find. The Delivery who had the Order ID e8w0h9tqrie9 with a shipment ID 04efqjgxxm40 on 26.7.2023 does not want to look for the address at all he wants spoon feeding, why should I give that to him? He conveniently rejected the order, my order was passed to somebody else and it became much more later on I need to cook my food they shifted my address to the after lunch slot. How dare you guys do that?
Just a couple of days back also a horrid incident happened. I put up a slot for the morning 8 am to 10 am. The delivery guy woke me up at 7:40 am and gave me my delivery and a very conveniently marked order delivered at 8:14 or 8:17 am. I was absolutely stunt to wake up with the doorbell at that time. I could have got a minimum of 45 minutes of respectful needed lawful sleep of mine.
I was working that night up till 2:00 am and he very well disturbed me in the morning. He could have come at the proper time he has no right to give an early delivery and show the wrong delivery time. That day also I raised a complain with the customer care because your delivery agent is doing a haram thing by marking the time as after 8 am which I'll not tolerate. The delivery guys are pathetic they come at any time they want the delivery at any time they want. They keep harassing us with calls to explain they address, why should we pick up the call? I work on a per minute basis and I cannot take these nonsense calls on telling them where my building exists. In between my work calls where I am paid for per minute I can't entertain all this all the time.
Second important thing is that Licious is extremely expensive. If we are paying for the exorbitant surcharge you are charging from us, you rather pay some more money to give some customer care training to these delivery guys .. in fact charging Rs 39 for delivery is also just too much. This marketing gimmick pushes us to stuck up to save the 40 rupees we all understand that. Customers are built with love and affection and I can tell you this because I am working in the Customer Care Industry.
I am very grateful to the lady who helped me to get my refund back for the order number I have mentioned and she was also first to tell me that she can put this money back in my Licious wallet that I had to fight so much to get my refund. The delivery agent keeps changing the delivery time. I am definitely not going to order anything from Licious. Yes, your products and also goods are very good but I rather have my mental peace respect and happiness. I am not going to recommend Licious for 2 reasons.. this app only cares about the money that they get into their pockets or remains in our wallets. They don't care about how we feel at all. Disturbing my sleep was the worst thing that had happened but yet I chose to order and yet I faced a bad experience.
By the way, I have a record of 41 orders up till now and I will have no other orders ever again. Even if you offer me a free product I would never accepted I have a pay for what I get but I treat by client with respect which Licious doesn't.
