I feel this review is:
I bought home loan from LICHFL.
They give loan to anybody. There is no actual verification if house should be loaned or not. Don't rely on their verification.
Loan rate is high. During selling that may be good but when it comes to floating they don't reduce the rate.
They don't tell options to reduce loan rate.
You should keep on visiting the office to know of new things. And they would keep you waiting as well.
I also heard that they have also lost original papers for some people
They charge for claiming the papers after loan is over.
Place is always crowded.
Their backend are other banks like HDFC etc.
Their landlines never work.
Their RM changes frequently.
Complaints are never answered.
Any good guy who wants less botheration should never go for LICHFL.
