I a customer of life insurance corporation of india. India has made a massive growth in financial sector and being a leader size of the LIC has also increased but the level of customer care is not upgraded. Till today its not easy to approach LIC without agents. we can see agent raj in every office of LIC.
To get rid of such harassment I registered myself online to be updated with my financial information. In the beginning it seems exiting but now its pain. I am not able to enroll any other policy to my account neither I am getting consolidated premium paid statement, Premium calendar is also not working. Most of the options are not showing any data.
The biggest pain is that you cannot find your current net balance that how much you have paid till now and how much bonus, etc etc we received.
If we compare other private players we can get every thing in single click.
LIC have to improve their website and customer care.
