I met with an accident and the next day I raised the insurance claim. The front bumper, left hand side fender, left rear door and right rear & front door, and front left tyre were damaged.
Accident: I was moving to the right and the car coming from the front hit the left side of my car. By the time I tried coming out of the car to see the damage, the car in front of me suddenly took right and hit the left rear door of my car and ran away. I tried saving my car for which I took my right and it got scratched in the right and rear door as well. The front tyre also flat in the accident. I drove my car and after driving it for 0.5 km I found that the tyre was almost flat and I couldn't move the next step even.
Location: It was a chowk of Mayur Vihar Phase 1 and red light doesn't work there.
Timing: Around 10 AM
I raised the claim to Sagar Motors and now my car is in the workshop. Now I got to know that the reviewer is partially approving the front bumper and fender only. The rear door claim was rejected by him. He is not listening to me and now he stopped answering my call. He just messaged that it is not possible.
It was just 20-30 days somewhere around 5th or 6th May 2023 ago I got the claim from ICICI as an unknown mark scratched on my car from all the sides and I easily received the insurance claim. The car was delivered to me on somewhere around 5th or 6th May 2023. It was hardly 20 days and my car was not having any scratch. It got damaged on that day only when I met with an accident.
I have been asked that I would get better service from Liberty. That is why I shifted to liberty insurance from ICICI though still I have third party damage from ICICI Insurance.
With this sort of issue I don't think that I will be with Liberty Insurance for my next journey. I lost the trust in Liberty due to reviewer behavior and the sort of service that I received here.
Earlier I took 2 claims from ICICI but I have not found such issues and I thought I would be getting even better service. I moved to it as I was told that I would be getting more than unlimited claims in a year. I have also paid even higher premium amount for the premium service from Liberty but I am not satisfied.
I don't recommend anyone to go for Liberty Insurance as they just attract the customer by giving them lucrative offers but on ground reality, they don't have good customer service, They reject the claim.
