Hello All,
We purchased a brand-new LG washing machine fully automatic on June 3rd 2023 and this is the worst mistake we ever did. This machine was purchased from Reliance Digital. We initially were looking for other brands like Bosch and other. The executive convinced us to go with this product.
Our old machine was also LG which served good for our need and expecting the same we purchased this new machine and this turned out to be nightmare to us.
• From the day one we noticed the machine is damaging our clothes like cloth tearing and over rubbing compared to our old Machine.
• We raised a complain about the same and the customer service received is the worst.
• We had to follow up multiple times to know the status and most of time calls were left unanswered
• We even shared multiple videos and images explaining our issue, still they could not find a solution for the issue.
• We strongly feel there a design fault on this machine and the company is not ready to address the issue and research on the same.
• Water gets clogged on the detergent filler tray and they say it is as per design and nothing can be done over the course of time if we don’t remove the water that can lead to foul smell.
• The service center team wants to pickup the machine and check for the issue, we let them take the machine and with the kind of experience we are going through with the company. We asked the company people to use the original packing material before taking the machine and they refused and picked the machine with no protective cover or any kind of materials while shifting.
• This is not what is expected from a brand like LG and they had the machine in their service center for a week and returned back to us like a 5 yrs old machine with dents all around the machine which is adding to wound.
• Even after one week at the service center the machine is returned as it is with no changes
We are forced to use our old machine even after purchasing a new one, please do not trust the brand as we did and get into a mess like this. LG does not care about customer feedback.
