The cooling of this AC is really better than my whirlpool AC. But there is no horizontal swing as this came to know from the technician and it is available in selected models, the vertical swing is just ok type.
The support from LG was good as I received the product early and got it install at same day and for servicing they are always on time.
When the compressor starts there is a minor sound problem but till now it is working fine.
The price is bit high as per the product quality.
LG is always a good product manufacturer for me as I do have many LG products and receiving good service and products.
