Just got the unit two weeks ago. Since I thoroughly analysed various brands/models, I got this. Took two days to instal/read the manual.
I can summarise as under:
1) Proper placing of vessels, patience in keeping the vessels tightly / swipe the leftover food before placing results in the better wash / dry
2) Silent/smooth operation
3) Vessels come clean and directly kept in their place.
4) Always required to put a full load to get maximum advantage
Cons:
1) Could have made a provision for half load / full load option at least in this high end model
