This is regarding order number LSB-605234 for delivery in Mumbai .


What the hell is happening with Letsbuy.com service standard !


This is most pathetic internet service as I came across. 10 phone calls made so far. For how long we should wait to get the delivery of the product after placing an order and while paid for the same.


With every call being made, Letsbuy tells us, "product has been dispatched via SAFEX shipment service already. Please wait for delivery soon".


It was rather mental peaceful option for us to shop at neighborhood store for little more bucks rather than impatiently facing indefinite wait as imposed on to us by Letsbuy.


Letsbuy claim and promise to all patrons and customers "to deliver any item within India anywhere within 7 days of placing an order". All this is bullshit !


I have read the reviews and complaints by other customers of Letsbuy and then response by its management. I have noticed receiving team pushes the problem to another team for sorting out the matter. I make it clear that, customers have no business and concerned at all how Letsbuy employees coordinate among themselves internally or with their business partner(e.g SAFEX). Customers are only mindful of getting expected quality service as promised only by Letsbuy.


WARNING TO LETSBUY. YOUR ONLINE SHOPPING CUSTOMER PATRONAGE WILL DROP TO GREAT EXTENT AND CUSTOMER WILL LOSE FAITH IN COMING DAYS WITH YOUR DWINDLING AND UNPROMISING SERVICE.
