Letsbuy.com is the Future of Online Shopping. Review on Letsbuy

My experience with letsbuy.com till now is very satisfying. I first purchased a Segate External Hard disk for one of my colleague for only Rs.2, 337 only after a

Rs.400/- discount using RCOMLB1 coupon. The price is more than Rs.450/- lesser than my city(Guwahati, Assam) price.The product was shipped through Aramex courier and got delivery within 7days.

Thereafter I purchased a Fujifilm S4000 digital camera for own use. I got it for Rs.14, 700/- after using ICICILB coupon. Thereafter I inquired at my city shops and the price is around Rs.16, 800/-(after discount). So again a huge discount for me.The product is again ship ped through Aramex on 16.07.2011 and got delivery on 22.07.2011. The product was shipped same day I placed the order.

Again I placed an order for Canon Digital camera for one of my friend using his email ID and his address. I placed the order on 29.07.2011 and it was shipped on 30.07.2011 through Blue Dart this time. He got the delivery on 01.08.2011.Real fast delivery curtsey of Blue Dart. Got the camera for Rs.6, 755/- and I inquired at local shops about the price. It is locally priced in around Rs.8, 400/-.

So my colleague, myself and my friend all are satisfied customers of letsbuy.com. But personally I feel letsbuy.com should avoid shipping through Aramex. Where Bludart shipped product from New Delhi to Guwahati, Assam within 2 days, the Aramex takes 5-7 days to do the same.

Atlast look forward to buy more products from letsbuy.com. But I am little sad as I don’t have any more coupons to use . I also don’t understand why there is no option for ICICI bank users to buy products using EMI option.

LETSBUY REALLY CARES FOR CUSTOMERS

REPLACEMENT OF FREE GIFT:THATS CALLED CARE FOR CUSTOMERS

I am sharing this experience as I am more than satisfied with the online shopping with https://letsbuy.com.  I bought my camera Fujifilm Finepix S4000 in the month of July, 2011 from it.I got that camera around Rs.2500  cheaper than Guwahati shops. With the camera they gave me one ENVIE Swift battery charger+ 4 rechargeable batteries as free gift(cost at local market Rs.800/-).The camera originally included a 4 GB SD card as free gift.

The camera is working smoothly and it still has 1 ½ years of warranty left.But my battery charger suddenly stopped working in the mid part of the December. As the battery charger was a free gift I thought it better to purchase a new battery charger from ebay.in. This time manufacturer is the same but the model of the charger is different. It can charge my same set of 4 batteries in about 6 hours. Previous charger could fully charge same batteries within 3 hours.So  asked for help from letsbuy.com through an email.

After writing this I forgot about it as I already got my new charger from ebay.But a week ago a lady called from letsbuy.com and told me that that they received my mail and they would reship the charger.That was real surprise fro me .The same lady again called me 2-3 days ago and asked me to write down the online tracking number of new charger.She told me that they have shipped my charger through DTDC. Last evening I received the new charger with new invoice.This is real surprise for me as I never expected replacement for a Free Gift.This shows how much letsbuy.com cares for its customers.So choose the best one and get the reward for choosing.
