I shop mostly electronics online. Never had a bad experience ( I never consider slight delay in delivery etc as bad ) until I made a purchase from this website.   http://www.letsbuy.com.


My story.


I placed order for a camera on nov 12th.order number LSB-36673. from that day status showed payment confirmed. since I didn't get any message mail/sms and money was not deducted from my account I called them on Monday 15th. I am told to send the credit card statement and other details to them.


1) they should have called me for the details than waiting me to call them.


I was told they will send a mail to me.


i didn't receive any mail regarding this. I sent a mail to them asking to which id I should send all details


2) is it customtakeouters responsibility to initiate all this?


Got a reply next day asking me to send credit card statement, id proof  etc. I sent them every thing required the same day 16th.


no updates for next 2 days. called them again asking what is going on. Then I am told to send the credit card front scan.


3)  they could have informed me about this initially.


I sent what ever they wanted immediately.


Few more days no update. Called them again. I am told everything is ok but product not in stock. will take another week. they asked me to cancel the order. I told I am ready to wait for another week don't cancel the order. they agreed.


4) if there r issues like this they should call you and updated rt. for this website for everything you need to call them.


after a week I called them to know the status. Now to my surprise I am told they don't have any stock issues the issue is my payment is not cleard by payment gateway. they cann't help. I asked them the contact detail of pament gateway. they promised they will send.


5) I didn't get any mail on that.


Called them again next day for payment gateway details. I told I will disconnect the call only after you click on the send button. it worked. They send a mail with payment gateway details.


I sent a mail to payment gateway asking what they need to process my payment. Here comes next surprise the mail bounced. :)


i called them again asking for the right mail address. again promised they will send.


Called them next day again for the details.


Got a mail giving a different mail id.


immediately after this I got a call them them ( the first call from their end ) saying no point contacting them we canceled your order. Why- no reason. its mentioned in the condition that they deserve the right to cancel any order.


Never ever buy from this site. in case if you are planning to buy calculate cost of 15 calls to their customtakeouter care. the time you need to invest on many mails. you won't get any mail / sms / call from them if you place an order.
