All, Beware of these guys. I had a terrible experience recently. They broke my sofa handle during the move to which the service boys had a very casual attitude. They took it back promising to fix and return it asap. It's been more than 15 days till now and so far no response. Many attempts to reach them and get an update has been futile only. The representative(Chennai) makes false promises and never cares about keeping them. Hope my sofa is safe and will get it back in close to the shape it was when it left my home:(
Overall terrible experience.
