I bought glasses for my mom and they broke from nose bridge which is very rare. Frame can break from side, glass can also break but frame breaking from bridge just shows extremely bad quality of the frame from Lenskart. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional, rude, unethical and unhelpful. I have also bought their membership. I wonder if they behave like this with members how would they be treating their other customers. Even if you buy from a local shop your frame lasts for long it doesn't brake so quickly. My mom is a senior citizen so I wanted to buy best quality for her so paid extra money to Lenskart. Total harassment from Lenskart!!!
On contrary Vision Express provides you excellent quality. Staff is humble, polite and humble.
