While ordering on Lenskart, as I entered my mobile number I got a call from lenskart representative to take the order on phone with him I made it clear that the reviews about lenskart are very bad, so I will first check the order on delivery by opening and then if its fine, then only I will pay the cash, to which the person said yes sir you can do that but when I recieved the order, the courier boy told me that you cant open it.
To this when I contacted lenskart they told me that open delivery is available in selected places only.i have written them the mailstating that seeing the very very negative reviews about Lenskart I cant take the order blindly, so I returned it.the order was resent to me after 5 days to which I thought this time they might have sent it with instruction to let the customer open the product and check it.but again the same story.delivery said I cant open it.then why the hell did you resend it to me.
Seeing the negative reputation of Lenskart nobody can pay the cash blindly. I am very very dissatisfied with the kind of response I have got from the Lenskart.they are just interested in taking your order and sending it to you.they dont worry about customer satisfaction.they dont think about providing a better service.
