I have two lenovo Android device.
( 1) lenovo k4 note
( 2) lenovo k5 note
All the time my experience with lenovo service center was very bad.
Initially while performing software update in my lenovo k4 note mobile I lost imei of my device. I went to the service center and told them about the problem. But they did not help me they told me tat it is my fault. But seriously there was no my fault. I complainted to the higher level. Mailed many times and visited service center thrice. But there was nobody to listen me. In spite of having warranty of device They were asking 3500 INR for resolving my issue. At last I solved that issue my own googling about it without spending even a penny. If I can do such a simple stuff without any mobile software knowledge they can do it more equarately and more fast. But they tried to loot me. No one from lenovo helped me with that issue. I wasted my time and energy contacting lenovo. That is not the only bad experience I had there is another experience with my another device.
My lenovo k5 note become dead in warranty period. That time I visited different servcie center. After diagnosis of my mobile they told me that there is water damage issue and the services will be charged. But the fact was that there was no any water issue.
I took back that mobile and visited the initial service center. They did not find any water damage. And told me that there is mother board problem and will be resolved under warranty.
So two different service center found different issues. And tried to cheat me that time also.
The service centre's phone numbers are never working. They are always rude with the customers. The service centers are full with customers. It takes hours for your turn. Higher authority never listen to you. If you have any issue it will take months to resolve. My mother board was changed after a month. They never answer your questions.
So in future I am not going to buy any lenovo product. And suggest you to not buy lenovo products. Products are good but services are very bad.
