This is the worst mobile company I have ever seen. Mic stopped working within 2 months. Only Collection point in my city providing weird customer support. It took 3 days to pick and deliver the mobile back to me and that too without any correction. Mic still not working. They wrote that software was updated but mobile was as it is. They put scratches on the body and delivery guy said this happens when team works on mobile. However if there is a little scratch from customer, company would put mobile in physical damage. Resent the mobile and customer care team is so rude, they say we corrected the phone and on re complaint, we received the mobile on next day, so its not our responsibility. Now is it my mistake if it is their collection center? Finally I told them if they behave like this, I will file a complaint in Consumer court and they rudely said, go ahead and file whatever complaint you want, we dont care. THIS IS LENOVO . WORST COMPANY . NEVER EVERY BUY ANY LENOVO PRODUCT . SAVE YOUR MONEY . STAY AWAY FROM THE CRAP .
Such a company cant be trusted whoe customer care rudely tell to go and file a case instead of speeding up their service or resolving the problem. This was my 1st and last gadget from lenovo. DONT GO FOR LENOVO . THEIR HARDWARE IS NOT UP TO DATE . THEIR SERVICE IF WEIRD .
