Recently I brought Lenovo newly launched G580 laptop and same day I noticed that battery is not fixing properly and making noise when I move laptop once place to other and we I shake.
I informed same to the shop where I purchased laptop and they said that, just log a call with Lenovo customer care, they will come and check and repair, if necessary they will provide another good one.
I logged a call on 14th March (complaint ID 4270694935) and after two days two service center engineers visited the site and they saw and said that this new kind of architecture design of Lenovo made and they is no problem in laptop.
After two days logged a complaint at 'customercare@lencare.co.in' and they gave new case ID D130328006, after that they gave one complaint no : 4270698739, but still no solution to the problem.
Wanted to highlight that not fixing of battery properly and making noise is new design that Lenovo made by investing lot of money, its shame on them.
shame to Lenovo MD, they have mentioned that one email away from customers in Lenovo website, from beginning I have copied (mdindia@lenovo.com) in the complaint mail, no one bother for Lenovo MD itself and wanted to tell to Mr. MD Amar Babu don't give the false statement to customers and don't cheat them.
I invested hardly earned money of Rs. 40000 to buy laptop and entire Lenovo people not bothering about my concern. Is this way of providing service to customers?
Don't go for Lenovo products, they are bother about us till sale of their products, after that no care, no customer care nothing. Lenovo is nothing.
There is person name call mirzulla, (mirzulla@lencare.co.in) acting like lord and he promised me that within 2 day he will fix the issue, but still no response.
Taking about service centers no. 1. Hightech informatics and no. 2 Caddons these are two service center Lenovo deals with them for servicing. These service center engineers / team lead they doesn't know anything.
Finally I have logged complaint in police station and am going to Consumer Forum for getting it rectified and Lenovo should not do the same for other peoples. Please don't for any Lenovo products. No service at all...
