http://www.lalajionline.com is without doubt a fraud website! If you come across this website when you are looking to buy some electronics, please be warned through this review! They are absolute frauds!
I ordered 2 pieces of Micromax A110 around 5 months back with order # 100003314 paying Rs.23, 196.
Firstly, they delayed the shipping for a very very long time. Then finally, when I got the shipment, I was shocked to see that I received only 1 unit. When I enquired, they asked me the IMEI # of the unit I received which was provided. Post that, they have not come back to either refund the amount for the 1 unit they did not send nor send another unit.
I have been following up for long time but they are avoiding me time and again. Their phone numbers are usually not picked-up and questions asked are not responded to!
Sometime back, I got a call from Dharmender from Lalaji. He came up with the most weird suggestion that I should raise an FIR with Police for product I did not receive! These people are trying to take us for a ride thoroughly. The product is not lost by me and I am not the competent party therefore to raise any such thing. I guess this is another of their tactics to delay the matter and tire the buyer out!
I paid for 2 pieces plus shipping charges on each of them. They should have shipped the items separately - instead, I received only 1 shipment - the conclusion is that they did not ship the 2nd item or if they did, then the courier has done something(as per them). In that case, why did they club it? Greed to save shipment money while charging the shipping amount for 2 items without shame!
Lalaji, stop all this nonsense and resolve this matter else I will file a fraud complaint of your website with competent authorities! If you do not provide a quick resolution, you will anyway my curses forever!
