Bunch of Unprofessional staff (except the receptionist) the service provider convinced me to go for 3900/- facial & did take 1hr time for sure. Didn't even ask to take off jewellery. Here's the process. Not worth a single star. Disheartening to see while other outlets & competitors work hard for the ratings & good reviews these people drag the brand to the mud.
1 tissue cleaning without even asking me to clean the dirt or wipe the kajal/lipstick. Instead wiped entire face with the same dirty cloth.
Immediately applied a cream gave a stroke & wiped
Painted scrub untill my chin waited for a few minutes and gave 2/3 stokes
Wiped & applied some radiant cream & stored with a stone followed by few stokes for 7-10mins (including he rest of the neck & back) untill the entire serum drys up.
Finally the radiant mask untill it drys
Took a cloth tissue to wipe my kajal & with the same tissue wiped my entire face only. Later didn't bother to wipe the rest. While all this is happening other staff comes knocking a couple of times & bragging in to talk which is invading my privacy (since this place has male staff too & that made me uncomfortable).
At last the receptionist took the heat coz by the time I dressed up & stepped out she was gone. Which ended up in 600/- discount while Service was not even worth 300/-.
