Story:

Reading this book it self makes you feel proud on the all Lady around us, I got a unique perspective on working women and their endless dilemmas regarding work and family. I now understand my Lady colleagues better and appreciate and value them much more.

The author has fantastically drawn upon personal examples and has provided a comprehensive toolset for any woman who wants to move ahead in this world, both personally & professionally.

Another word for a woman would be RESPONSIBILITIES. Women don't give themselves enough credit for the myriad activities they carry out throughout the day and they still feel guilty? By breaking down the book into 3 groups namely Accept, Adapt and Achieve, the author definitely emphasizes on introducing small rituals/initiatives in our lives like asking for help, reaching out to people, managing with the existing resources and many more workable tit-bits that can make life much easier and smoother.

A must read book for everyone.!
