From last year I am using the facilties of Kuoni Travel India of Mumbai. But from last month I am facing lot of problems because of this company.
Initially their behavior towards me was nice but from last two months they are charging more from me in the name of tax and other maintenance charges.
The service have also been fallen down.
Apart from the rates and charges, this travel company's customer service is nil.
The staff attitude of this place is also not that much coperative. They don't give quick service to their customers.
