This builders is nothing but a scam who will only make promises the agreement dates will be atleast 18 months over the dates he gives orally - he has been building all of these projects for over 5 years and thrives on stealing peoples dreams and hopes.

Kumar Shantiniketan is one of his luxary projects in Pune - The only luxury in this project is the crores of rupees that mr. lalit kumar jain has collected - all the luxury can be seen in office and his home and his cars. to see the plight the luxury he has provided to customers, pls talk to people and find out what the actual customers have gone through.
