1. Booked Kukkeshree travels for me and my mom for travel on 4/4/2023, pickup point was Jayanagar 9th block at 8:20 p.m. which was a non-AC sleeper and seat number B 3&4.
2. I get an SMS with bus details and driver's number at 6:00 p.m. But, when I called the driver he says he was not from Kukkeshree and does not know about this bus.
3. I get a call from +91 9449547xxx at 6:10 p.m. and God! This lady lacks the patience to listen to me but all she had to say is pick-up point is changed from Jayanagar 9th block to Jayanagar metro. We reached the said place by 8:00 p.m.
4. Then I get a call from another number asking to walk down to Nimishamba temple as the pick-up is there. And! To our surprise, we get an AC bus of some other travels, as a "PICK UP BUS" which will drop us to Majestic and from there we are to take the originally booked Kukkeshree Travels. We were fine till here.
5. We reached Majestic by 8:50 p.m. I enquired with the person in the travels as to why this arrangement of pick up vehicle and he gave this no. 080 41252xxx.
6. The person who received the call informed me that all passengers are moved to another bus i.e. From non AC to AC, a seat of not our choice and bus will arrive to Majestic at 11 p.m.! How on earth can me and my mom wait there for a whopping 2 hours? When I asked why this was not informed to me, this man just argues that all passengers were informed of the change and I would have missed the call and applied for cancellation if I had issues!
7. After a long discussion, with the help of the travel agent there, we booked another bus and cancelled this hopeless Kukkeshree Travels and reached our destination safely.
@redbus: I don't understand why you have these travel listed in your services. They are not worth a single rupee for their behaviour and ethics. They are just inhuman and behind money and worst is they think passengers are their slaves and everything should go their way! Now please ensure I get 100% of refund for the ticket I paid you for selecting that hopeless travels. And I will never be using RedBus again for any booking.
