What a pathetic packer movers!! Horrifying experience!! Its been mental torture for me from the day I booked their service (Household items shift - Mumbai to Bhilwara) to the day I received the consignment. It all started with d "creamy" conversation - "Sir karwa denge aapka, aap tension mat lo". I gave the approx no. Of items (22 in total including small-big).
I got a quote of 14k. I booked it paying 2k - the payment receipt for which could be obtained after an enormous amount of effort/follow-ups. This guy's tone changed dramatically - from pleasant to insulting. The day of pick up came - labor (2) came to pack and take the items. These guys took the consignment without confirming the quantity with their "boss". After receiving the consignment, this guy (Mob. No. +9176207 7xxxx) called up in the night and said "Sharam nhi aata tumko itna saaman bhej dia, Paisa transfer karo, 14k me nhi jayega". I said politely, "total no. Of items after packing was 24 (while quotation was for 22) so thoda upar hai dekh lo itna extra hoga". He pathetically said in a very bad manner, "Mene dia hoga quotation, tumhara quotation gaya khadde me, ab 23k lagega, bhejna h to bhej warna leja tera saaman." I was backed when he didn't stay on his words. The next day he sends me a 23k bill saying, "Paisa bhejo balance warna lekr jao saaman or 8k pay karo release karne ke." I was shocked. Sheer gundagiri!! I transferred the balance amount after negotiating till 21k. He didn't share the payment receipt, invoice details, drivers no. Etc.
After continuous follow-ups after the amount was transferred to him. He would not respond to my call, talk very badly, abuse me, once even said "Koi lakh Rs. Nhi diya h tumne, pochna hoga to poch jyga saaman, pareshan mat karo." I tried to complain on the website, no response from there too. He would angrily reply using very bad words and sharing no info whether my stuff has left from Mumbai or not. He would not share his name or even his warehouse address. I was scared if it's a fraud and the guy would keep my stuff as well eat our money, charged fraudulently.
Their website is also fake, no helpline no. exist, the BODs details given is fake. The client list is fake. These guys are literally gundas - would charge exorbitant amounts once your stuff is with them, after taking money they won't share the consignment details, even would not share anything about the transit of your stuff, talk very shamelessly, abusively, pathetically. I was literally depressed for all these days cos I have very important stuff handed over to this person & no info whether I will receive my goods or not.
I m sharing the mob. Nos. of the "goon" I contacted and the GSTIN no. Of the firm. I m going to file an FIR for the cheating done on me by them and the mental torture I suffered. GSTIN - 27CDUPM5950Q1ZD, Mob. No. 762077xxxx, 865737xxxx. Please, don't ever trust these goons. I request this website (mouthshut.com) also to take strict action against this firm & concerned individuals.
