If you want to screw up your belongings then go with Kuber Logistics, Secunderabad unit. Sharing my pathetic experience with them while relocating from Hyderabad to Kolkata.
The Marketing Officer (Name as in Jitu) approached me with their service and quotation that looked promising. In the initial days, they followed up with me lot of calls from their side, convinced me that all my belongings will be safely transported and any kind of damages will be duly taken care. Even the Office Manager (name as in Manoj) called me couple of times to convince on their service.
Based on their approach, I finally decided to go with them. Now comes the execution days.
On the day of loading they send 3 peoples and out of them (name as in Chaudhury) one claimed that he is good technician who can take care my Air Condition dismantle and handling. I paid 700rs extra. After my AC was transported and when tried to reinstalled, the technician claimed that Copper pipe and cooling gas has been roughly handled and it got damaged. So, to reinstalled, I need to pay from my pocket. When reported this incident to Kuber Logistics, Office Incharge (name as in Prakash), they simply denied to pay back my damages even though it was insured.
During unloading, I noticed my Bike was damaged badly, and when asked for full claim they denied saying insurance will only pay 75% of the claim. This clause was not mentioned during the initial talks.
This guys asked me to book transit and damage insurance so I raised 1 Lakh insurance amount. During order booking time, they were so polite and humbly said that any damages you will get adequate claim return. But during real claim, they started coming up with all nonsense clauses.
After they took the full amount on the day of loading, from then onwards getting them in phone was headache. The way of talking changed. It was like I have to chase on everything and they didnot even bother to call me back. Just see the difference pre and post order booking.
Lastly, I want to say that this packers group are very unprofessional and during order booking they will convince you with all positive commitments ultimately all are fake. It was my wrong decision to go with them to save few more money that Agarwala Packers was charging but now I could see in the entire unloading process including damages, I added up nearly 10K additional cost.
DONT RELY ON THIS GROUP and DONT ENTERTAIN THEM FOR YOUR TRANSPORTATION.
Spend little more and get the right packers instead with thorough understanding on all clauses with assurance on safe transit of your belongings with proper post transit services.
