Subject: Better to throw your stuff than to trust Kuber Logistics within.
The most unprofessional and incompetent people we have dealt with. Company people (Vijaya- 974275xxxx), owner (Radhe Pareekh - 98000xxxx), labour (Narottam - 637786xxxx), driver...all have no knowledge of the trade and are rude & determined to cause you pain.
We shifted our stuff from Delhi to Trivandrum. They take 90% of the money in advance, as their clear intent is to leave you in trouble and run away with the money. Here is a list of damage they have caused to us:
1. Broke stuff while packaging: The incompetency of the people started right at the time of packaging. They broke the tabletop of our centre table while packing and the lamp of our house building while moving things in the truck.
2. Took no responsibility of unloading: Unloading and unpacking were a part of the quotation provided. However, once the truck reached Trivandrum, they refused to take any responsibility of unloading (in the name of Union problem). We had to shell out money from our pocket to get the unloading done.
3. Took no responsibility of unpacking: We somehow managed that, but surely needed help in unpackaging key things like fixing the bed, study table, unwrapping large items like refrigerator etc. , as we were totally new to Trivandrum. They clearly said to pay extra else we will not do anything.
4. Started asking for money on every step, despite paying the agreed amount in advance.
5. Our point of contact completely stopped taking calls. They left us in the middle of the problem and stopped taking calls altogether. On continuous follow-up on WhatsApp, our point of contact Vijaya, told us every time to “wait” OR “I have informed my manager”. The manager here was the owner Mr.Radhe Pareekh.
6. No insurance money paid: We had paid additional amount for insurance but seems that was a part of the fraud too. We incurred a damage of over 1 lac and not a penny of insurance was given to us.
7. False promise made/lied: I had clearly told Vijaya that we carry expensive things with us, lot of electronic items and things need to be carried with care. We had booked an exclusive truck and explicitly asked that the truck in which our stuff gets loaded in Delhi should be the one that unloads in Trivandrum. Vijaya had assured me that it would be like that only. However, the truck that came in Delhi was a DL number and the one we found in Trivandrum was a TN number. Clearly, there was not one but multiple shifting of stuff that happened in between which led to breakage. In order to track the movement of the truck, we had requested for the mobile number of the driver, but they never gave us, as there was clearly not one driver. It seems they outsource the transportation to multiple local vendors en route.
I would not advice even my enemy to trust Kuber Logistics with your contract and valuable/emotional items. Having suffered the harassment that they have caused to us, the only worse from this would have probably been that they would run away with our stuff. Thankful to them that they atleast did not do that.
DO NOT trust them irrespective of all tall claims made.
