The KSRTC Airavat Volvo buses are top class and has changed the way I travel. Train travel has just worsened with each passing railway minister. There is some mahatma sitting in KSRTC office who is keeping up their standards :) the service and quality of the buses are top class and best in comparison even to the private operators. Though I found some difficulty in booking tkts through some of their agents and as expected the toilets were the most horrible condition. Its still tolerable compared to the train toilets.
Good going KSRTC but logistics can be improved.
