Hi friends. Recently I went with my family to Kritunga restaurant which is in Kothapet, Hyderabad. My experience was not great because of the following reasons I am sharing with you:-
1)First I ordered there chicken tikka which the waitertold that is not available as of now therefore told me to choose a different item so I chose then chicken afgani but they told it will take more then 45 mins for prepartion.So I had to choose chicken taka tak which they told is better and it will take less time to prepare. Therfore we had no option but to order chicken taka taka only.The presentation is decent as they served water with politeness.
2)The ambiance is good with AC running but its little cozy in there as the dinner tables are close to each other as also we were at the far end where AC cooling doesn't really effect so we had to sit near to the AC.
3)The customer service is good but its not great as the food is ok but they take too much time in prepartion and few food items are not available at present but its mentioned in menu.
4)The price is little high and they include taxes also.Its not the ideal place to take when you have a large family of 12 members.
