We had bought a Tata Indica few years back and we always got it serviced timely but within few months only the car starting giving problems such as Engine Oil disfucntion , etc.
It was bought to our notice that some ORIGINAL PARTS HAVE BEEN CHANGED BY THE DEALER (KRISHNA MOTORS MULUND) , WHEN WE APPROACHED FOR THE SAME TO DEALER THERE WAS NO ONE TO REPLY FOR THE SAME AND THE GUILT SHOWED ON THEIR FACES THAT THERE WAS SOME THINGS BEING CHANGED BY THEM IN THEIR BACK OF THE SHOWROOM UNDERGROUND FLOOR , AND TO BE HONEST THE REACTION OF THOSE PEOPLE WERE TOO GUNDA TYPE.
I feel really sorry for the people who are still purchasing cars with these people .... any ways if it is of some help to people I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealer for any car , they will provide you discounts at the cost of your original parts in the car which may give you problems in future and since ours being an TATA motors car , the company people could not judge whether it was a company mistake or any other...WE HAD TO SELL THE CAR BEFORE EVEN ONE YEAR.
