Hello all,
I just want to share with all KIS parents that we had withdrawn Aryavardhan from KIS since we moved out of Pune.
For the subject, I discussed the matter of my son (Aryavardhan Singh who was in 1G ) with his class teacher, Jyotika Mam and also with Richa Mam, Saloni Mam, whom we had informed proactively that my job is changed and we will need to take Aryavardhan out.
In fact, I personally visited the accounts office and met one mam as accounts officer, Mr Joshi was on leave we even discussed and agreed to pay one month of fee upto 30th Apr last day and after discussion, we also did not take new books, didn't take bus service for Apr month and didn't take new uniform as well.
Aryavardhan wore sports uniform for all the balance days.
The accounts mam told that the balance refund amount 2994 Rs after deduction of one month fee from the 15000 caution deposit money will be given in 45 days.
They took my bank details and assured for refund which never happened till I started following up with them once I recalled about it.
Earlier, I had even tried multiple times on the KIS reception phone somewhere in 4th week of March 23 but there was no response on the phone.
Then I had visited to school one day but the guards told that there was no one other than new admission related staff.
Finally, I got one mobile number of reception from one of my friend and then I dropped a WhatsApp message on 5th Apr to inform withdrawl of Aryavardhan. The screen shot is already shared with Mr Joshi but he is not cooperating and not acknowledging all these FACTS with complete denial and says that we need to inform 30 days in advance ( which I did in accounts section and to mam, final what's app msg on 5th Apr )!!
Do you think, I will have to lie for this meagre amount of Rs 2994, the amount may be less but it's hard earned money and now the matter has hit my self esteem and I will not let it go that easily as Mr Joshi is trying to make a fool which is UNACCEPTABLE!!
I spoke to the Principal as well who initially assured to get things resolved but till today he is also not able to get the refund amount.
Fortunately, I didn't pay for Apr 23 fee and one month fee adjusted so the damage is only 3000 Rs else these goons would have swallowed my 15000 Rs!

All Parents- pls be aware that such a thing may happen with you as well, be careful in trusting these businesses houses who are running these business shops and can't trust them at all.
