Today I did like to share my view an kotak bank and its services I experienced about this
bank and services from one of friend and I working on an private organisation where the
company to tie up with many banks . it had kotak bank also.
I got a open salary bank account from HDFC bank and my friend got his account from
kotak bank.after few months we left the jobs one by one.
phone banking and internet banking are available in this bank.
we withdrawed all our money from bank. After one month I went to the bank, to closed my
salary account because I already have two accounts and I simply give my ATM and check
book and pass book.they closed myaccount. my friend also went to the branch to close
the account but they asking amount rs.2000 for closing his account. they suddenly put my
balance is negative so t shocked.
when we ask for the reason they told me because not using an account more than a month .
customer service- the behaviour of the staff is also very bad. then we just left.
